Cancellation Policy

Retreat Participation, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement Please read the following carefully before booking your reservation: For purposes of this Agreement, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to the individual signing this Agreement and participating in the World Shamans Colorado Retreat, September 30 – October 3, 2027. Cancellation, Refund & Payment Terms: I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: I understand and agree that a $400 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a reservation. Cancellations On or Before May 29, 2027: I understand and agree that cancellations made on or before May 29, 2027, will receive a refund of all payments made, less the $400 non-refundable deposit per person. Cancellations May 30–July 29, 2027: I understand and agree that cancellations made between May 30 and July 29, 2027, will receive a refund of 50% of payments made. Cancellations On or After July 30, 2027: I understand and agree that cancellations made on or after July 30, 2027, are non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable. Written Cancellation Requirement: I understand and agree that cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@worldshamans.com. The cancellation date is the date the email is received. No Transfers or Late Credits: I understand and agree that no refunds, partial credits, or balance transfers will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, missed sessions, or no-shows. Travel Insurance: I understand and agree that the Host strongly recommends third-party travel and trip cancellation insurance for unexpected illness, emergencies, or changes in plans. I acknowledge and agree that the Host is not responsible for financial losses resulting from unexpected illness, emergencies, changes in travel plans, or flight interruptions. Room Selection & Accommodation Acknowledgment: I understand and agree that I have reviewed and accepted my selected room category, bedding, occupancy, and bathroom arrangements. I acknowledge that most rooms are located on the second or third floor without an elevator and that Onaledge Lodge and Rockledge Manor are historic properties with stairs, multi-level layouts, creaking floors and sound that may travel between rooms. I accept the accommodations as described at booking. I agree that by continuing with my reservation, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please check spam for emails
