Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Payment Terms I acknowledge and agree to the following: Non-Refundable Deposit: A $400 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a reservation. Cancellations On or Before May 29, 2027: Refund of all payments less the $400 deposit per person. Cancellations May 30–July 29, 2027: Refund of 50% of payments made after deducting the $400 non-refundable deposit per person. Cancellations On or After July 30, 2027: No refunds. All payments are non-refundable. Written Cancellation Requirement: Requests must be emailed to naylin@shamanicreiki.com. The cancellation date is the date the email is received. No Transfers or Late Credits: No refunds, partial credits, or balance transfers for late arrivals, early departures, missed sessions, or no-shows. Travel Insurance: I understand that the Host strongly recommends third-party travel and trip cancellation insurance for unexpected illness, emergencies, or changes in plans. Room Selection & Accommodation Acknowledgment I confirm that I have reviewed and accept my selected room category, bedding, occupancy, and bathroom arrangements. I understand that Onaledge Lodge and Rockledge Manor are historic properties with stairs, multi-level layouts, creaking floors, and sound that may travel between rooms. I accept the accommodations as described at booking. Liability Waiver & Additional Agreements I agree to complete and sign the Retreat Participation, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement within 60 days of payment or before the retreat begins, whichever comes first. The agreement will be emailed immediately after payment. I understand that signing the agreement is required to participate. Failure to complete it on time may result in forfeiture of my reservation and non-refundable deposit. I agree to contact World Shamans if I have questions or do not receive the agreement.
